The Buffet will host a chef-attended Cajun station with Bourbon Street specialties. At the Fire Pit Sports Bar & Grill, specialty dishes include gumbo, catfish fingers, Cajun blackened chicken salad and chicken and sausage jambalaya. The legendary cuisine of the bayou will be featured throughout the Casino's restaurants during Mardi Gras with specials that will bring out the Cajun in everyone. Membership is free and can be signed up for at any Fire Keeper's Club booth in the Casino. Cash prizes will be given away daily to Fire Keeper's Club members. A tarot card reader will read fortunes and a caricature artist will draw guest's pictures on the Casino's Skywalk. Guests will enjoy roving showgirls and Dixieland bands on the Casino's gaming floor.
